I think it's working....

But I'm not sure! Saturday, my trainer did all the measurements to check my progress after one month of hard-core training... So far I've lost 2% body fat as well have increased my lean muscle mass. My calves, arms and thighs have grown in lean mass, in one month I've only lost 1.75 pounds but that's from gaining lean muscle mass.... I totally dig that... My question is- if 2% a month is a lot or not enough, I couldn't tell by my trainers expression. He said it was good, but I pay him to say that.... So, could I have done better in a month? I guess we'll find out in another 30 days....
