6 week progress report
i've got good news and bad news today- the bad news first is that i've only lost a 1.5 pounds this week, not quite sure about that... my trainer assures me it's water fluctuation and not to dwell on it. he's so good. so the good news is that in six weeks i've lost 6% total body fat which he also assures me is AMAZING. my measurements have gone down about an inch on my core and extremities from the calculations today but matt (my trainer) said that he hates the measuring tape he had to use that it's not nearly as accurate as the one he usually uses. so he's convinced i have lost more inches than his new tape suggests. he told me several times to mention in my blog that his tape was crap today.
quick subject change both the cardinals and the royals won yesterday!!! we went to the royals game last night and we had so much fun, it was a great game! there's a new promotion since krispy kreme decided not to give ticket holders a dozen glazed donuts when the royals make 12 hits... this year's promotion is when the royals make at least 13 hits and win the game, panera is giving ticket holders a dozen bagels. what are we going to do with 2 dozen bagels?

2 dozen bagels!? Wow. I'd just start handing them out. I love bread, but that's a lotta freakin bread! :P
