i still have quite a ways to go, but i'm still on track and seeing progress! it's strange but the goal my trainer set for me seems very fast to lose the amount of weight i need to. i'm on track to lose it all by august 31. but in the short term, it seems like it's coming off so slow! not that 2+ pounds a week is slow, but it is when you're waiting for your clothes to fit differently, it's a bit daunting! but i've lost 7 in three weeks, and that's something to be proud of!

Awesome, just awesome. Keep up the good work.

We're both in the same boat; I don't think we'll be really happy until we've lost between 15 and 20 lbs.

Then, the clothes will feel nice and baggy. :)

thanks eric! and you too, you're doing amazing on that south beach diet!

i completely agree, we won't be satisfied until we've made some double digit losses.
