the incoherent daily ramblings of a silly girl...
so here's my results from my weekly training session.... down 2.75 pounds in just one week. and if you think this isn't much then consider what a pound of ground meat looks like in the grocery store...
after one week i'm already on track to hit my goal, my hard work in the gym is paying off!
