The Switcheroo

Last night we switched from T-Mobile to Cingular.... I have to say it's strange, I still have the same phone number but I can't help but feel I'm cheating on T-Moblie. I've been a customer since Voicestream, it just doesn't seem right. As I've commented on Mr. Steak's blog, all of my family back home has Cingular and they've all finally guilted me into switching. Aside from being weirded out by the whole Cingular logo, I'm totally diggin' it!

1. I have Metallica's Harvester of Sorrow as my ringtone (and Hero of the Day for when walter calls me).... HOW FREAKIN' HOT IS THAT?!?!?!

T-Mobile didn't have any Metallica songs for ringtones, for that reason alone I'm happy I made the switch! In case you didn't know, despite my girly pink blog and that I'm a blonde girly princess i'm a total metalhead!!! Not just Metallica, any metal, I love it... But, Metallica is the greatest band EVER!!! I have every Metallica song on my iPod, including Apocalyptica's cello versions. Forget the whole Napster thing, that was all Lars and we all know he's a dumbass! Just watch Some Kind of Monster..... Lars = Dumbass, there's always got to be one in a band, but that's another blog topic....

2. Advertising works on me.... As soon as I saw the commercial for the new BLACK RAZR with the AC/DC song Back in Black, I just HAD to have it! duh, dada duh dada duh. da da da da da da back in black... Which reminds me of another ad campaign using that song.... In Atlanta, Cartoon Network was running a series of ad for the Brak Show.... Brak is Back!

3. With a new contract thru Best Buy, the Motorola V3 RAZR both black and silver is $99! (at least this week... last week the silver was $99 and the black was $149)

So far I'm happy with my Cingular service.... The next test is how good the coverage really is, but I guess it doesn't matter since we're locked into a 2 year contract!
